When
the surgery is closed telephone 028 8676 2995 and a recorded
message will tell you how to contact the doctor. The practice is part of Dalriada
Urgent Care which was formed to provide a quality service outside normal working
hours. This service is commissioned by the Northern Health and Social Services
Board. There is always a doctor on call for EMERGENCIES but please
remember this service should be reserved for genuine emergencies only.
DISABLED
ACCESS
In the rear car park we have reserved car parking spaces for the disabled.
Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. A wheelchair
is available from the treatment room if required. Disabled toilets are situated
in the patients' waiting area close to the reception desk.
The practice
has installed a loop system at reception and in the treatment room to assist patients
with hearing difficulties.
